TERMS AND CONDITION OF RENTING THE UNIT

Upon completion of the Unit, the Purchaser shall have the right to give on rent the Unit based on any of the following three options:

Option 1

Owner of the unit keeps the units for his personal use or any other use within the guideline of the tower.

Option 2

  1. The rent shall be on a yearly basis and a lease contract shall be agreed to in writing between the parties.
  2. The rent shall be equivalent to 8% of the Purchase Price of the Unit.
  3. The management of the unit shall be of the Purchaser's responsibility.
  4. Should Purchaser opts to proceed with this options, developer guarantees to rent the Unit for three years unless Purchaser expresses its wish not to proceed with the rent contract following the first year of rent.

Option 3

  1. Developer shall lease the Unit to third parties on behalf of the Purchaser.
  2. The leases shall be for short terms (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  3. The collected rents shall be distributed as follows:
    1. 5% of the total rent to cover expenses related to utility costs.
    2. The balance to be divided between the Purchaser and BHL; 65% to the Purchaser and 35% to BHL.

General Terms

The Purchaser shall decide whether to opt for any of the above three options within twelve (12) months from the date of his initial booking deposit. Purchaser shall communicate his decision in writing.

The above three options shall be implemented by written contracts to be agreed upon and executed between the parties for the period of three years.

In any event, the furniture of the Unites shall belong to the Purchaser
